Recognizing the potential of people to violate laws of the State,
Aware of the potential of laws set forth by the People to be hazardous to the State,
Noting the existence of a system of courts in other micronations,
The government resolves to:
1. establish a system of courts known as the Court, whose responsibility shall be to review laws set forth by the People and to conduct trials of people who violate such laws.
