Recognizing the need of the People to be protected from foreign micronations,
Noting the possibility of internal unrest and the need to be able to protect the State from such unrest,
The government resolves to:
1. establish an Armed Forces under the direction of the State's Guardian, that shall have the responsibility of defending the State from all enemies.
