Recognizing the existence of numerous other micronations,
Noting the diplomatic relations of those micronations,
Aware of the ability of the State to facilitate diplomatic relations with those micronations,
The government resolves to:
1. establish a Foreign Relations Department, under the direction of the State's Guardian, that shall have the sole responsibility of establishing and maintaining diplomatic relations with other micronations.
